Details:

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22621.3296]
Windows Security / Device Security / Core isolation: Memory integrity ON, Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection ON, Memory access protection ON, Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist ON
Can't repeat Windows Security error messages, but those were about two loadable drivers of IPIU: *drv.sys & *drv64.sys
Since, that is totally software problem, there is nothing to do with hardware, although:

There are no visible errors during installation: the issue is about runtime failure of installed IPIU.
There is nothing about hardware: it's about IPIU software incompatibility with Windows Security software (Hardware-enforced Stack Protection). Although, as detected by Intel® Driver & Support Assistant:
