I have intel core2duo 2.93 processor. It seems to be CPU usage allways very high. There are no any virus attacks. I noticed there is a abnormal behaviour in BIOS thermal margin. It is very low. some times it goes to -20 s. Once I changed cpu power unit.Temporarly it's ok. But again i am facing such problem. Anyone know about this??

Did it used to work well?

Have you checked the thermal paste and fan?

Thermal margin is the amount you have left till the processor to hot.

-20 would be 20deg C below the Processor hot temperature.

This is good for a processor under load.

If you would like to lower your CPUs temperature, you should see if you can add more or new fans to your PCs case. Also, a high performance CPU Cooler will help to lower your CPUs temperature, and increase the thermal margin.

If you live in a warm climate, that also adds to the higher temperature. More fans will help cool things off.

You should start the Windows Task Manager, and see what processes are running that keep your CPU usage high. Your CPU is a good one and should not be at high usage all the time, unless you have many programs or process running all the time.
