      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Intel,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would need your help to clarify the following.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We knew the computer system needs a clock signal. The clock signal is generated by motherboard or CPU?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the clock signal is generated by CPU, can you help to slightly explain how the clock signal is generated? I knew how a CPU IC chip is created. I cannot understand how the CPU chip is able to create the clock signal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking forward to your reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
