CPU Use condition definition

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

I am reviewing the Product Release Qualification Report for the Intel Pentium Silver Processor N5030. On page 9 chapter 4.2 Use Condition Definition are the active and Inactive Operation Time mentioned.

My question is to the Inactive Operation:

The definiton for inactive operation is - time spent in idle and/or standby states.

Does this mean it doesn't matter in which of the 7 idles states the CPU is - the time is to account to the inactive time?

it is the Intel "Production Release Qualification Report" for Intel Pentium Silver N5030,... and Intel Celeron CPU's in Revision 4.3.1.

Upon further checking in the report, chapter 4.2, in the notes section, here's what is stated:

Inactive operation equates to time spent in idle and/or standby states.

Which means that any status in idle and/or standby should be considered an inactive operation.
