Hi so I am a noob as you can guess on this matter but I use Quick CPU to set performance at 50% and turbo boost at 40 %, I do that because I get kinda the same performance as if it would be at 100% but I get a lot cooler temps on my laptop msi cyborg 15 a13vf. Do know if I set my cpu at this point if it is bad or it doesn't matter ? my cpu is an i7 13620H

Hello ROBIBJN,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

This is a mobile processor with the CPU/system configured by the manufacturer, therefore, it would be best to reach out to MSI regarding your desired CPU configuration. In addition, it's important to note that Quick CPU is a third-party application. Although it is commonly utilized, we do not possess in-depth knowledge of its inner workings. For detailed information on its features and support, we advise referring to the application's official documentation or contacting the application's developer directly.

Feel free to let me know if you have questions or clarifications.

Best regards,

Jeanette C.

Intel® Customer Support Technician
