      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hace varios días que tengo una actualización nueva que me sale en la aplicación de " Asistente de controlador y asistencia técnica Intel", pero cada vez que intento actualizarlo, solo me sale "Falló la instalación" y no me sale el motivo. Me gustaría saber si alguien puede ayudarme o explicarme por qué no se me actualiza el controlador. La actualización es el Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.2128. Tengo de procesador "Procesador Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2496 Mhz, 4 procesadores principales, 4 procesadores lógicos".&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For several days, I've had a new update available in the "Intel Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant" application, but every time I try to update it, it just says "Installation failed" without giving a reason. I would like to know if anyone can help me or explain why the driver is not updating. The update is Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.2128. My processor is "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2496 MHz, 4 core processors, 4 logical processors."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you manually download and install this package. Download is&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. Once you have this package installed (and have rebooted), iDSA should stop prompting you like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...S&lt;/P&gt;</description>
