upgrading my processor, help please.

I have a sony viao vgn-fw285j with core 2 duo p8400 2.26Ghz.

can anyone tell me the all cpus that are compatible to my laptop?

Can I possibly replace my cpu with core 2 quad? If yes can anyone tell me which ones are?

I found the chipset, software called CPU-Z gave me the information.

I didn't want to open it after a year cause the last time i checked it it didn't have the information

so I found the answers
