I can't find the thermal model (ECXML) for this processor Intel Core i7-1365U.

Can you send me this model and a 3D STEP model file with the mechanical drawing of this package?

I would like to inform you that 3D models or any type of drawing available for end users can be found following our How Do I Find Mechanical Drawings for Intel® Processors?

We highly suggest contacting our RDC team, as the information you are seeking is available on our Resource and Documentation Center (RDC) site. However, the design thermal specifications are provided by OEMs. While we validate the design, including thermal aspects, the motherboard OEM may be able to provide more detailed information.
