Intel Ark doesn't tell what's the max tcase or tjunction of Core i7 6850k. Any clue what's the value?

Indeed, there is no information in regard to the TCASE or Tjuction in http://ark.intel.com/ ARK | Your Source for Intel® Product Specifications. I have also checked the http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/core-i7-6xxx-lga2011-v3-datasheet-vol-1.html Datasheet, Vol. 1: Intel® Core™ i7 Processor for LGA2011-v3 Socket but there is no reference, so please let me review this matter and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

And one last question. So Tcase is the surface temperature of the iHS, or the core of the processor? I quiet didn't understand it from the text You sent me, my apologies.

And Tjunction is because of the connection of the cooler and direct contact to chip, at mobile?

There's maximum temperature for let's say Core i5 4590S [which I build computer with atm] and his value is Tcase 71.35°C.

So You mean the 6850k is a beast, that can take up to 127°C?

I'm keeping mine down to 55°C overclocked to 4.4 GHz and 1.330 vcore [am using EKXC-Predator 360] and I was wondering if 70°C, which I can reach on 4.5-4.6 GHz were too much.

The TCASE, as you mentioned is the temperature of the iHS,

Yes, that is correct.
