Hi there
I was reading about some pepole having Instability problems on there 13th and 14th Gen Desktop Processors.
My quastion is.
I have a 13 gen i5-13600k cpu from August 2023 and a 14 gen i5-14600k from 2024 marts
Are these Processor also reported to be having instability issues from that date? ore are it's mostly reported to be on the I7 and I9 Processors?
Both off my cpu's don't seems to have eny problems for now, my temps look fine, but i don't know if I also will see isuse on mines in the future.
I don't do hard workload ore 3d works, I only play games on them.
Are there enything i can do to prevent this to happends to my cpu's in the future to come and merbe make my cpu's more stable ? Merbe changes things in BIOS?
Overclocking is someting i don't do, and my BIOS is also on default stock, I never turn XMP on even i use 6000 mhz ddr5 they are runing on stock speed.
The reason I am writing this, is because I would like some help if I need to changes some settings in bios correctly to help my cpu's being more stable in the nearest future, i have recently updated my BIOS to the latest one from Asus website. 1402.
My motherboard is a Asus Z790-a Gaming Wi-Fi ll
I also did read meny solutions on driffrends site online for the 13 gen and 14 gen cpu's that theses are running on high voltage ore something, but i'm not a expert into all this.
I have seen on YouTube that it a good things to turn Multicore Enhancement to Disabled- Enforce all limet and TDC current limet to 'Intel default.' is that a good things to do?
People also mention about the AI Domain Load line AC/DC should be low, I can se mine is 1000/1000 mOhm in HWINFO, should i lower that? some say that this is importen to do, but i didn't do it because i am not even sure if i should do it. i want to hear your opinion on that one?
And when i do gaming the Vcore ore VID is around 1.3 to 1.4 is that all normal for gaming on 14600k? i didn't try it on my 13600k, i don't even know what to se ore look for,. all this make me nervous I am really confusion about all this, and i do not know if i even need to changes things in BIOS ore just leave it all on default.?
Should i really do all this for my to cpu's I never had problem with.
sorry for my bad English language. But all this just confruse me.
