      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the Intel Diagnostic Tool isn't the way to go for detecting a dodgy core in this case.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.intel.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/374935"&gt;@doedelbua&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Loading up each core individually is the best way as the core will fall flat on its face when it tries to boost to a frequency it can no longer run at. When using some diagnostic tests that load up multiple cores the highest frequency the dodgy core may get to boost to may not be enough to show its problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
