      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Intel Support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m reaching out for an update on my support ticket&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;#06291241&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This ticket, opened on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;July 19th&lt;/STRONG&gt;, pertains to an issue with my&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Intel i9-13900k&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;(retail box)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;processor. Despite a promised follow-up by&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;August 5th&lt;/STRONG&gt;, there has been no further communication from the support team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue involves my processor freezing in BIOS and failing to load Windows, even with default settings. This has caused my work and I’m eager to find a resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone from the support team could provide an update or any insights, it would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
