Hi I have bought refurbished labtop 2 years ago, its warranty was one year and in second year cpu have problem and I need change it and buy a new cpu but I dont know how I can buy it can u send me a retail saler , Need one Cpu intel i5-4300u@1.90ghz for my labtop please help me thanks

You have no warranty with Intel. You must deal with the laptop manufacturer, and their warranty may only be valid for the original owner.

Also, the i5-4300u is a BGA socketed chip, meaning it is soldered down.

For something this old, best to consider get something (much) newer.

No, Al's saying time to abandon this ancient laptop completely and get something more modern. Attempting to fix it is throwing good money for bad.
