topic Computer continues to boot into bios after using Intel XTU in Mobile and Desktop Processors

So I don't remember what I exactly did, but I think I was switching the core voltage back and forth then hit the "apply" button when I had the core voltage set back to default. This is where it went wrong. As soon as I hit the button, the computer made a buzzing noise coming from the CPU and it shut down. When I turned the computer back on, it boots directly to bios even I have cleared the CMOS battery or changed the CPU settings in bios. As of now, I am continuously stuck at bios menu every time I tries to turn my computer on.
Any advice would be helpful,
Thanks.

Specs:
CPU Intel 12900k
Mobo Msi Z690-A pro
