    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Artix, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting in the community, and I apologize the inconvenience that this may have caused. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon reviewing the case number included on the subject, it seems that the person handling your web ticket and validated the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005609/processors.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Batch number and Serial number (ATPO)&lt;/A&gt;, and I also re-validated. The processor is determined to be a tray processor which are sold by resellers or system manufacturer, which is not covered under Intel's warranty. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For this case since your resellers, as you mentioned bankrupt, I refer you to other your reseller or system manufacturer. Just a reminder that Intel's warranty terms and conditions have not changed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My support ticket got refused twice because it is a tray CPU&lt;BR /&gt;But my reseller is bankrupt so I can't claim guarantee with them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any option for me with my broken intel CPU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or should I buy new system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
