So my intel i9 13900k was very unstable so I removed it today for an inspection.<BR /><BR />It looked fine after the thermal pate was cleaned away, not hardened used artic mx6 paste.<BR /><BR />After closer inspection on the underside of the cpu, I noticed that the cpu contact pads seem to be sunk in or some strange pattern on them. I have never saw anything like this to this day and I want to know if anyone else has had experience with this?<BR /><BR />Thankyou in advance btw.
