Can you send me this file ?

Can you send me the Package Mechanical Drawing and 3D STEP file for this processor ?

I want to make a thermal simulation with this processor.

We highly suggest contacting our RDC team, as the information you are seeking is available on our Resource and Documentation Center (RDC) site. However, the design thermal specifications are provided by OEMs. While we validate the design, including thermal aspects, the motherboard OEM may be able to provide more detailed information.
