Intel Drivers release notes?

Hi. Where can I find the Intel drivers release notes? I'm using Intel Driver Support assistant to update my iGPU in the 14700K, the updates roll out every month and there's nowhere to find the release notes about what exactly is fixed or updated.

And another question. I've got graphic glitch in my footage in Premiere Pro when it's decoded by the iGPU. If I deactivate it, there's no glitch. So it's not the software, CPU or GPU who's the culprit. How can I report this to be fixed?

If you head over to the Intel Graphics support forum there is a system for reporting this issue there.

Does anyone know where I can find the EXACT bugfixes info? I mean like NVidia does - "driver 533, fixed an issue in Premiere Pro regarding NVENC, 2 fixes in games"? Or where\who at least I can ask them from?
