Hello,

I have two boxes of BGA cpu that I thought were the same but now when I look they have different endings what does this mean? I cant see anything online about it.

PN1: FH8070304289531 SRKTD

PN2: FH8070304289531 SRM86

Are they the same CPU? What do the different endings mean?

I suspect your first number, SRKTD, is incorrect. Please re-check.

Hmmm... The Spec code SRKTD does not show up in the database.

The ordering code is the same for both processors: FH8070304289531

One of the moderators will have to confirm.

Hello,

Yes the X6214RE is the cpu I am attempting to buy with the "PN: FH8070304289531 SRM86". The label I posted is on a factory sealed box bought from an official intel partner so I dont want to open it as I will not be able to return it opened.

Do you think the parts inside this box are the X6214RE?

No idea. You will have to wait for a moderator to confirm the spec code. But, since that spec code does not exist on the product sheet, I would not be opening the box.

I have found an online source that says these are embedded processors with these specs

FH8070304289531SRKTD is an Intel Atom x6202RE Processor (1.5M Cache, 1.00 GHz) FC-BGA16C, Tray.

FH8070304289531SRM86 is an Intel Atom x6214RE Processor (1.5M Cache, 1.40 GHz) FC-BGA16C, Tray.

This would make them part of the Elkhart Lake range. The specs for the x6214RE check out but the x6202RE is not listed by Intel. It may be a typo for the x6212RE which is a 1.5M Cache, 1.20 GHz part or for the x6200FE which is a 1.5M Cache, 1.00 GHz processor.

There is an Intel dealer that lists these CPUs and the SRKTD is the end section of a product code, so part of the ordering system. Why a different ordering code is shown elsewhere I do not know.
