Hi, i just got an old 287XL FPU and as expected the floppy disc is no longer readable. I searched the web for a copy but didn't find anything. Does anyone has a working image or ZIP of the files to share? Picture of the floppy attached. Thanks.

I don't think you need this floppy to use the 287 Math Co-processor. Most likely it just has tools to test if the FPU is working. Open a copy of Excel and run some calculations. That will use the 287 Math Coprocessor.

I know the FPU works without the tools, but they are part of the product and I want to have everything complete. I also like diagnostic tools.
