      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is an option in Windows 10/11 to lock the number of processors on boot. Processors = physical cores plus hyper-threads if hyperthreading is enabled. It is possible that Windows is locked to 2 processors which would explain what you are seeing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To fix this run MsConfig, then select the Boot tab and click on the Advanced Options button. This will bring up the BOOT Advanced Options screen. If the Number of processors option is selected (see W11 graphic below) then deselect it. This will release the lock on the number of processors but won't actually change the number of processors. To do that click OK and then on the next screen click on Apply and then OK. A restarting choice will be offered.
