1) It's just for studying these POWER MANAGEMENT TIMINGS during "power on sequence ".

a) the picture I found on this forums) when I was searching for documents related to power management timing diagramas for 200/300/... 700 series chipset

b) the other documents (9-series-chipset-pch-datasheet, 8-series-chipset-pch-datasheet, 7-series-chipset-pch-datasheet), I downloaded from https://www.intel.com/

No, you have only sent documentation about 8 series chipset and 9 series chipset ( Power Management Timing Diagrams). However, these ones are on the Intel website, and I had downloaded before as I said above.
