XFSTK Downloader errore usb_bulk_read_fail()

Ho un Asus Zenfone 2 Z008 che non si accende e non vibra e quando provo a flasharlo con xFSTK Downloader ricevo l'errore "usb_bulk_read_fail()" seguito da "Windrive error 0x20000015".
Cosa posso fare, e soprattutto, c'è qualcosa che posso fare?

Sorry, I've been busy these past few days. Anyway, I wrote to XDA Forums because asus requires the serial number which I don't have, since the phone can't be turned on. Anyway, Thank you.
