topic Gigabyte c-state 8 issue in Mobile and Desktop Processors

Hi there

Can any mod tell me if this is an actual known issue? OR is it maybe just the gigabyte b760 boards? Or perhaps is it more about INTEL 13 series degradation?

what do it do, surely disabling cstate 8 would mean that my cpu gets turbo locked and never enter actual low speed low voltage idle? do i really need to RMA?

Has been happening since microcode update 2 (maybe) and 3. PC suddenly restarts itself randomly while under low loads like streaming or browsing...

Thank you
