OR is it maybe just the gigabyte b760 boards? Or perhaps is it more about INTEL 13 series degradation?</P><P>what do it do, surely disabling cstate 8 would mean that my cpu gets turbo locked and never enter actual low speed low voltage idle? do i really need to RMA?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Has been happening since microcode update 2 (maybe) and 3.
