Hi all,

I'm trying to run a game that needs AVX2 support, but I don't have a CPU with AVX2 support, but I have a CPU with AVX support, so I was trying to get it to run, but it loads for a bit then a message pops up saying "error code 1" and im not sure what it means or how to fix it. I am also not sure where to put the .sig tar file that is around 9 KB.

Any ideas o how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

1. What is the name of the game you are playing?

2. Are you receiving an error message after the game loads? If so, please share a screenshot of the error message so we can better understand and address the issue.

3. Please provide the Intel® System Support Utility logs of your computer. This will help us examine your system configuration in detail. Kindly attach the logs to this post.

4. Could you share the troubleshooting steps you have already tried to resolve the issue?
