Those beeps indicate a memory problem. If you have multiple sticks, try removing one, and then the other to run with one.

Also, that D33025 is not your motherboard model number. Look on the board for the model number or the AA number.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Fear and the desire for control are primary motivators for shadow dwellers. ]

The latter beep pattern is an indication of a processor over-temperature situation. Make sure the heatsink-fan unit is properly attached with sufficient TIM (heatsink paste).
I suggest you put the single DIMM into the Channel 0 Slot 2 connector and try it.
If the problem continues, try putting the DIMM in the Channel 1 Slot 2 connector.
If you still have problems, try using a different DIMM.
Hope this helps,
...S

So I suspect it is the thermal paste that has dried. I turned it on no beeps, ran for about 30 seconds then went off. If I turn it on high low high low, stays on no POST, then goes off after 15 seconds.

So I have two Intel boards doing kinda the same thing. I suspect its paste and I have some on order for the one.

I bought thermal paste and it powers on just the fans spin no POST, probably a bad motherboard?
