For me to address this concern, please share the details below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Was it working fine before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Did you make any recent changes to the system? Any new hardware or software that was installed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. When do the issue happen? Are you running a specific application when it happens?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report.       <description>&lt;P&gt;i7-14700k on gigabyte z790 gaming x f11 bios intel defaults still not working. Is processor degraded and needs replacement? AVX2 stress test in XTU shows current and temp throttling and failing after few seconds. Loadline calibration is set to HIGH. BSOD screens are frequent.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It wasnt working properly from the start. I made some changes like reducing multiplier for performance core from 55 to 50, i forgot what else after a while as 6 months or so i got BSOD non-stop&amp;nbsp; again until i lowered even further multiplier to 45.&amp;nbsp; So i think cpu was degraded from begining. I have new BIOS and defaults dont work. So when 9950x3d becomes available i am buying it. I am not buying Intel even if they replace my cpu with a new gen for free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
