Question about Bios Update Result with 0x12B on Intel Core i7-14700K+Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX

It's been three days since I updated the PC's bios with the hardware I indicated at https://community.intel.com/t5/Processors/Intel-Core-i7-14700K-and-Temperature/td-p/1621257?
and I summarise:

Intel Core i7-14700K+Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX+Thermaltake TOUGHAIR 710+2x Kingston FURY Beast 32 GB+Gigabyte WINDFORCE OC GeForce RTX 4060+Corsair RM750x SHIFT 750 W+Antec P101+ 2x Samsung 990 Pro de 1 TB M.2-2280+.....etc.
Windows 11 Pro V.23H2
BIOS Mode:"Legacy"
BIOS Version/Date:"American Megatrends International, LLC. FK , 09/27/2024"
Intel Default Settings’ was set and nothing else was altered.

It continues to function normally with no blue screen problems.

Similar operations have been carried out on three other CPs with the same composition and the results are similar.

Over a period of 8 hours, the following work was carried out:

Stacking with Zerene Stacker of 8 series of +/- 300 jpg images of 9 MB.

In Adobe Lightroom, 2026 raw files of 24MP and 23MB were imported in 4 minutes.
They were processed and exported to .tif in batches of +/- 300 files at times between 3 and 5 minutes per batch.
"It was at one point in these processes that 101°C was reached as Maximum CPU Package"

Cinebench R23 was run (the temperature ranged between 65 and 80ºC in the process) and the results were:
CPU (Multi Core) 32893 pts
CPU (Single Core) 2153 pts

Stacking with Zerene Stacker 4 series of +/- 300 tif images of 148 MB in times between 7 and 8 minutes each series.

Approximately 3 hours with texts, browsing and processing photos in Photoshop.

Stacking with Zerene Stacker 7 series of +/- 300 tif images of 148 MB in times between 7 and 8 minutes each series.

Import 2026 (24MP and 23MB) raw files into Capture One in 3 minutes and generate previews in a further 11 minutes.
Process and export to .tif 300 files in 4 minutes.

During the whole time HWinfo64 v.8.10 was running.
They are appreciated:
CPU Package -- Max 101ºC and average 53ºC
CPU Package Power -- Max. 253W and average 36W
Vcore -- Max. 1.476V. and average 0.947V.
Core VIDs -- Max. 1.525V. and average 0.975V.
Core Clocks -- Max 5,601.3 MHz and average 2,528.9 MHz.

Hoy.CSV record of HWinfo64 from 16:19:55 hours on 19/10/2024 to 0:35:18 hours on 20/10/2024 I can't upload it here. It's on my Google drive

Questions:
Is it normal to reach a maximum temperature of 101°C?
Are the other values within the recommended range?
