hi i just got a new intel core i7-13700 and a z790 aorus elite ax mainboard and wattercooler

and in games i have 80°C sometime even more and i don't think this is normal and someone please help me to lower CPU temperature and also to have some games performances

I understand your concerns about the temperature you are getting while playing games. Please share the below information with me so I can address this properly.

1. What is the temperature while the system is on idle?

2. What is the full model of the water cooler?

3. What is the maximum temperature that you have observed?

4. What game are you playing and its game settings?

5. What application are you using to monitor the temperatures?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
