After upgrade to 14600K, PC is shuting down randomly

By the end of 2023, I built a new PC but I've kept my i5 12600K that I bought in 2021.

This year in June, I replaced the 12600K by the 14600K.

Since end of August, I'm facing an issue with my PC.

Randomly, it is shuting down and then, turning back on automatically. A "Kernel-Power" event ID 41 is being generated in Windows 11 without much information and there is no dump file.

The issue happens once per week. Sometimes twice a week. I use the PC for gaming but while gaming, so far, it never happened. It only happened when it was idle or I was browsing the internet.

No power outages or any electrical discharge related problem as I have other eletronics powered on at the same time like ISP modem, router, printer etc and they don't turn off while the PC shuts down.

I updated the BIOS as soon as Gigabyte released a new version for my motherboard that was supposed to fix the instability issues Intel 13th and 14th were having - Z790 GAMING X AX (rev. 1.x) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global - version F11d.

It is not thermal related issue as the temps are very good (around 70 degrees celsius while playing games).

I cannot simulate the issue with stress testing tools. Could you please share the steps needed to verify my CPU? Is there anything I can do on my end to make sure it is indeed the CPU so I can RMA it?
