What can you do to keep a low temperature maybe at 60 degrees?

I have Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 but the temperature is at 100 degrees when doing kinda nothing.

Anyone who has and/or knows a water cooling system that can keep i7 14700K at 60 degrees?

Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix the issue?
Did you overclock the processor? Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor supported specifications, your processor voids warranty.
Is there any error message, crash and BSOD events?
Did you try to update your motherboard BIOS to its latest version?
Have you tried to disable Turbo Boost? If so, may I know your observations after disabling it?

If generating an SSU report is not possible, please provide the following minimum system configuration information and answer the previous following question:

Motherboard make and model:
Amount of memory (RAM):
Power Supply make and model:
Windows version:
BIOS Version:

Has this issue occurred before?

Your SSU program can make a report but the alternative to send it to your webpage makes an error "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". You should tell that to your team.

The report file is way bigger than 100.000 characters so how do you want me to send it to you? This SSU program is not good, nothing works.

If you tell me to email you then you should give me the right email and dont close the thread and i have other things to do then just sit and wait for this and do what you tell ASAP. So tell me this time the right email last time i got an error so not strange you didnt hear form me and you are way to fast to close a thread.
