Rick, I am fully versed in Intel ES Samples. Intel ES processors are the sole property of Intel. By that reckoning then someone is attempting to sell Intel property illegally which is why I reported it here. I just checked and it is still on ebay. Doesn't Intel want to prevent someone from stealing their property?

I have been cheated by this seller xtrememicro on ebay who sold me 2 engineering samples . I am surprised how blatantly he is operating. He has currently over a 100 ES CPUs listed for sale and must have sold thousands in the last year itself.
