i9 13900HX cores

I have a laptop with a i9 13900hx cpu.

According to the specifications there should be 24 cores: 8 P-cores and 16 E-cores.

But when I look in CPU-Z or in the Intel Processor identification utility, only 15 E-cores are reported.

What am I missing? Or is there something wrong with my CPU?

I understand that you would like to view all the cores available on your processor. One potential reason for the cores not being displayed could be related to Windows settings. The number of cores may have been modified or altered within the operating system. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Press on the Windows key + R at the same time on your keyboard to open the Run window.

2. Type msconfig in the Run window, and click OK.

3. This will open the System Configuration window.

4. Choose Boot tab.

5. Click Advanced options.

6. Uncheck Number of processors, under BOOT Advanced Options.

7. Click Apply, then OK.

8. Restart your system.
