I js built my computer nd my computer had red light next to cpu nd i did everything I can think of nd it ain’t work could my intel cpu be dead or my motherboard

Can you specify the steps you've already taken?
What is the full specification of your system? The make and model of the components?
Are the other components (fans, lights) powering on when you attempt to boot?
