TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module 2.0) relies on the hardware to support it which is (1) a motherboard that supports TPM 2.0 and (2) a compatible CPU. Both are required for TPM 2.0 to function correctly.

Some Intel motherboards require a discrete module to be installed, others allow a choice between a platform firmware option (no module needed) or a fitted module. See screenshot below from an ASUS B760 motherboard that has both options.

Yes, the ASROCK PROH610M-EDDR4 motherboard has a modern Intel chipset that includes the platform firmware option in the BIOS. It meets all the security requirements of Windows 11 and no separate TPM 2.0 module needed.
