Strange error. I downloaded the installer from the official MSI website. The current chipset version is 10.1.19376.8374. Version 10.1.196.... was available for many months, it had the same error, I was waiting for a newer one, I thought it would help. Now a newer one has come out and the result is the same. Help me install the driver.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The error message says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" and refers to the installer file for the Intel chipset driver - SetupChipsetx64.msi - which cannot be found. A choice of two folders in C:\Program Data\Package Cache is offered. I take it selecting either of these folders does not result in any progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the Intel chipset driver installed on my system, this is an ASUS motherboard so the version number is different.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I search for&amp;nbsp;SetupChipsetx64.msi using a Terminal (Admin) window in Windows 11 it finds two locations -&amp;nbsp;C:\Program Data\Package Cache and C:\Users\All Users\Package Cache (see screenshot below)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="setupchipsetx64msi.png" style="width: 886px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.intel.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/62002i89B97AC9447FA2A8/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Orientation%2CResolution%2COriginalDefaultFinalSize%2CCopyright" role="button" title="setupchipsetx64msi.png" alt="setupchipsetx64msi.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the question is (1) is there a&amp;nbsp;SetupChipsetx64.msi on your system and (2) if there is one is it in a location other than&amp;nbsp;C:\Program Data\Package Cache and will setting that as the folder to be browsed enable the driver to be installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(C:\&amp;gt;dir SetupChipsetx64 /s - the same)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I tried to install Intel® Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant - only 3 drivers, WiFi, BT and an Intel video card were available. I updated the first two, but the chipset was not offered there. If I go to the folders on the screenshot, one is empty in the second driver installer, if I run it and start the installation, it just leads to - "unknown error".&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{7CE5A9A7-AD6E-4F64-9D53-E3B6F741B979}v10.1.19899.8597 - image&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understood. I searched incorrectly. I had to turn to the search until I closed the installer. While it is hanging with the folder selection window, these folders are created. If you close the window, the folders are deleted. In this form, I find 2 ways where the files are stored. I tried to add a file from both the first and second paths, and both result in an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1)&amp;nbsp;C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{7CE5A9A7-AD6E-4F64-9D53-E3B6F741B979}v10.1.19899.8597&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)&amp;nbsp;C:\Users\All Users\Package Cache\{7CE5A9A7-AD6E-4F64-9D53-E3B6F741B979}v10.1.19899.8597&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This seems to be a Windows Installer issue. Under Services in the Control Panel there should be an entry for Windows Installer. This is set to Startup Type: Manual. If you right click this it should have an option to Start it. Could you trying starting this Service first and then trying the install again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue then is the original error message "&lt;SPAN&gt;The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" and I note that seem to be a lot of sources on the Internet that claim to have the answer to this. Maybe pursuing one of those is the best option here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
