Significant decrease in my processor speed

ASUS ZENBOOK

For the past few days my processor speed measured with a benchmark program cpu bounded is unstable two to four times lower than nominal speed.

My computer is one year old.

Intel processor Diagnostic tool does not detect failure. Neither RAM control.

What Benchmarking application you're using?
May I know what is the exact model of your ASUS ZenBook laptop?

Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:

Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.

I use C# programs solving strategy game such as score four I've written for benchmark windows computer.

This perfectly runs.

My intention is to BIOS update and if not work to have my computer repaired.

I compared my computer with a similar computer exposed at my seller. It is an ASUS vivobook with the same Intel Core i7 1355U processor.

I use C# program solving strategy games as Score four or Othello I've written to benchmark computer. This perfectly runs.

Here is result for my computer and shop's computer.

A ratio of 1 to 3. Note that the result is unstable on my computer.

I noticed a noticeable difference in frequency between the two computers when my program is running.

I reset Windows 11 and it worked. For now I have the original performances back.

A previous attempt to update the bios was unsuccessful.
