&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the model of the processor?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there any sign of physical damage on the processor?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did you update the BIOS to the latest version?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the make and model of your motherboard?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the ATPO or serial number of the CPU?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the FPO or batch number of the CPU?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did you overclock the processor? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Calibri;"&gt;“Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor's supported specifications, your processor voids the warranty.”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
