while i was opening game name marvel rivals there was an issue saying stability issue so now im using intel extrem tuning but i cant lower my perfomance how do i resolve this

I understand that you're having issues with lowering the performance ratio using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. Please be advised that altering clock frequency or voltage may void any product warranties and reduce stability, security, performance, and life of the processor and other components.

For me to address this properly, please share the information below.

1. Is the issue isolated to Marvel Rivals?

2. Screenshot/photo of the error message you are seeing when playing the game:

3. Screenshot/photo of the settings on XTU:

4. Were you able to lower the performance ratio previously?

Please also generate SSU report for me to check your system configuration and components.
