This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;error&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;appears when shutting down the system, during abrupt power-offs while playing video games, or when running resource-intensive applications like video editing software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Event Viewer General tab:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;ESIF(1.0.11904.2707) TYPE: ERROR MODULE: IPF TIME 43982 ms[&amp;lt;IPFSRV&amp;gt;AuthMgr_EsifEventRegister@ipfsrv_authmgr.c#2003]&amp;lt;43982 ms&amp;gt;: Unauthorized EsifEventRegister: NA (-1) [3649940C-B779-464D-87D3-45EB8F243A3A]&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To address the issue, I have undertaken the following troubleshooting steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Complete System Reinstallation:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;I performed a full clean reinstall of the operating system to rule out software corruption.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Driver Updates:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;I downloaded and installed the latest drivers from Dell’s support website specifically for my model.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BIOS Update:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;I ensured that the BIOS is updated to the most recent version available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;System File Integrity Checks:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;I ran SFC (System File Checker) using&amp;nbsp;sfc /scannow&amp;nbsp;and DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) commands to repair any corrupted system files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Device Manager, the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology Updater Component&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;is flagged with a warning symbol, indicating that Windows cannot detect a driver for it, even though the driver has already been installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally,&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Dell Support Assistant&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;does not detect any issues or offer any relevant updates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Despite these extensive measures, the error persists.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue, I know urs was from forever ago but dell support hates people. They keep saying to download the thermal driver that isn't even compatible with our device. Then they spam you with pay $99 for support. I've wiped my windows like 5 times in the past month. I've been emailing intel support to see if they can help, I've used ddu to install my drivers like 8 times already. Nothing works. I've been crashing on fortnite and apex legends for months and can not find a fix. If you found anything let me know please, they keep telling me to install a driver that can't even be used on our device. I also have alienware m16 r1&lt;/P&gt;</description>
