Whenever I load a game like God of war Ragnarok son myth Wong warframe, Marvel rivals in any game that needs to load shaders to load the game my CPU max is out at 100% and will either crash the game or restart my computer completely and it will tell me I’m out of memory when I have enough

Could you please provide the exact model of your motherboard? Also, please include the BIOS version your motherboard currently have?
Can you confirm if you are currently using the Intel Default Setting?
If you have performed swap testing using an identical or compatible motherboard or processor, could you share the exact model of the processor with me?
What power scheme are you using on your system (Power Saver, Balanced, High Performance, Ultimate Performance)?
Is your system newly built, or has it been in use for some time?
Has this issue occurred before, or is this the first time you are experiencing it?
Is there any sign of physical damage on your processor? Or have you delidded it?
Have you tried overclocking your processor, either in the BIOS or through an application? If so, could you please provide the name of the application? Please note that if the system was overclocked, including voltage/frequency beyond the processor's supported specifications, it may void the warranty.
