Thank you for contributing to the community. To clarify your situation, when you adjust the core ratio to 55x using Intel XTU, does your computer become unresponsive or display a greyed-out screen? Is that correct? Additionally, could you please share a screenshot of the issue for further analysis?

Also, could you provide the make and model of your processor so I can investigate this further?
