I'm having issues with a newly built PC. I've taken it to two different professionals in my area, and both are unable to fix the issue with it, and recommend that I get warranty on the parts that i'm able to. How would i go about getting a replacement CPU? I know intel has a warranty on their processors, so i was wondering what the best way to go about solving my issue.

Thanks!
