      <title>xtu not opening</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;intel xtreme tuning utility doesnt open. Firstly i tried downloading the latest version 10.0.1.31. but it said i was on an unsupported platform. My OS is windows 11 23h2. Secondly i tried downloading the older version 7.14.2.14. But it also didnt work. There was an error message and i took i screenshot of it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please try uninstalling XTU by following our guide on&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000032459/processors/processor-utilities-and-programs.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;How to Uninstall the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and manually install Intel® XTU version&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/17881/intel-extreme-tuning-utility-intel-xtu.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;7.14.2.14&lt;/A&gt;, as this version supports unlocked Intel® Core™ processors (14th gen) and older.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, please provide the verbose logs so we can check this internally.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Open&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Registry Editor&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Find&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Create&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;a new Key named “Intel” under that node (if it doesn’t already exist)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Create&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;a new Key named “XTU” under the “Intel” node (if it doesn’t already exist)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Create&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;a new DWORD value under the “XTU” node called “LoggingLevel” with value 4&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;the XTU Service, or restart the computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Start&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;XTU and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;reproduce&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;issue&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Share&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;new XtuCore logs available in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="about:blank" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;C:\ProgramDate\Intel\Intel&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;Extreme Tuning Utility\Logs. Specifically the XtuCore file after the issue was reproduced, which&amp;nbsp;will now include additional information details [ INFO ].&lt;/LI&gt;
