I5 13600k and ASUS Tuf Gaming motherboard and Intel Extreme tunning tool

The recommended VCore for the " I5 13600k" is 1.33 volts. When I run Intel's Extreme tunning tool the lowest VCore setting is 1.35 volts. Also, if I set it to "default" it bounces back forth between 1.403 and 1.385. What gives!!

CPU-Z version 2.0 and later
Corsair iCUE

If the following applications are currently running at the same time as the Intel XTU, it is possible that it is causing the inconsistent values in the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.

Before I further investigate, I would like to confirm the following questions:

Which version of the Intel XTU are you currently using? Is it version 7.114.2.14 or version 10.0.1.31?
Have you also updated the Machine Engine of your Motherboard when you updated your BIOS?
Have you noticed any instability or performance issues, or are you just concerned about the voltage behavior?
Are you attempting to undervolt the CPU manually, and if so, for what purpose?

I got into this when I went to set the VCore voltage in Intel Xtu and the lowest I could go was 1.350

( was under the impression the "standard" value was 1.33).

I would also want you to try the following:

Reset the motherboard BIOS to its default settings and check for any changes or improvements.
Perform a clean installation of XTU by following the instructions, "How to Uninstall the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)."

BIOS to its default settings - done new XTU install - done

What do you specifically mean by core voltage? (Please refer to the image below): there was no image below.

I start XTU and go to "advance tuning" there is a selection labeled "core voltage" and it is set to "default". If I click on it the lowest, It can go is 1.350v . I then google "i5 13600k safe Vcore voltage". And the consensus is 1.33v (Tom's Hardware website) I thought it was from intel, but I guess not, I apologize. OK I go back to XTU and increase the core ratio from say 52x to 53x, check for a stable system if it's not stable I increse the voltage from 1.350 to 1.355 (the next step up from the lowest possible setting). Check temps and test again.

How far can I go with this 1.355. 1.375. 1.400 or the i5 13600k max from intel's data sheet 1.72v, I would assume not realistic for everyday operation.

In googling "i5 13600k safe max Vcore voltage" I get many many hits including this website, but no one answers this question
