14400f Boost to 4.1ghz

Hello i have problem with my cpu it boost to 4.1 ghz

i set turbo on all p cores to 47x

power limit to max

temps in games are at 50*c

uses max 88W

Motherboard Gigabyte b 760m ds3h ddr4

Pls help

i tried everything
