cannot find audio driver

I have reloaded windows from a fresh download

The audio does not work I tried 3 different drive scans but it could not find the audio driver or manufacture of the mother board to download driver .

I opened the laptop because no serial or laptop name was on the case, I copied the name of the mother board

y116te-E_APL_LP3B216_v2po motherboard but could not find a manufacture

This laptop has an Intel Celeron 3350 CPU with Intel HD Graphics 500. You could try installing the Intel Driver and Support Assistant (DSA) that can be downloaded from here and seeing if that helps.

DSA would likely make it worse being the disaster that it is. And he needs the chipset software and ME. And, being this old, I doube DSA would be of any help at all, expecially on a laptop with no name and manufacturer.
