Motherboard for core ultra 245k/265k

Hello, im planning for my next pc build to buy a core ultra 245k or 265k, what would be the characteristics to look on a motherboard regarding power delivery? I know that these are k processors meant to be overlock , but because the non k versions are much more expensive. I want the cheapest possible motherboard for these cpu's in order to not throttle, i wont plan to overlock.

I visited the website/tool you included in your message and i wanted to ask/clarify, how much power phases should a motherboard must have in order to fully support power wise the maximum turbo boost of a 245k without any throttiling?

The above mentioned compatibility tool mentions ''max tdp'' should i look in my case for a motherboard that has max tdp 150watt?
