      <description>&lt;P&gt;My reply to Kenneth B. I am attaching my SSU file to this reply. I updated my bios. reset bios to defaults. Updated Intel video drivers, changed the video card cable etc. Problem persists. My computer comes alive after the reboot every time. This is a new build with intel 19 13900 processor. the case is well ventilated. I have the recommended CPU cooler. My system is only aircooled. What suggestions can you give&lt;/P&gt;</description>
