You're confusing me; let me ask the questions together...

Do you see the BIOS Splash screen (where it says 'Intel Compute Stick')?

Do you (then) see the Windows loading spinner?

Do you (then) have a blank screen?

If your answers are Yes, Yes, Yes, then you likely have a graphics driver that is improperly installed. In this case, you need to boot into Windows Safe Mode, delete the installed graphics driver driver and then reboot. When you get into Windows again, you want to install the latest graphics driver for your stick. This driver is downloadable here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/762755/intel-6th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html.

If, on the other hand, your answers are Yes, No, Yes, then you likely have a corrupted Windows installation. In this case, you will need to load Windows from scratch, booting from a USB Flash Disk that provides the Windows Installation package. Once you have Windows installed, you need to install the Chipset Device Software package - which you can get here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19347/chipset-inf-utility.html - and then the graphics driver referenced above.

Hope this helps,

...S
